This hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, including a spa and wellness centre with an indoor swimming pool and sauna. the service was exceptional, and we were pampered with body scrubs and full body massages. the location advantage was also a plus, with the venue being in the heart of the city.

The only minor issue we encountered was with the restaurant. Although the food was delicious and the in-room breakfast was exceptional, the restaurant service was slow.

We stayed in a fantastic room with a lovely terrace and slept soundly in the comfortable beds provided. The Christmas decorations added a beautiful festive touch to the hotel. The professional staff were apologetic when our luggage was misplaced but the concierge team made up for it with their really good service. We highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, great to easily explore the city. We were able to walk or cycle anywhere we wanted to go. The rooms were modern and clean, with a comfortable bed and a coffee maker. The hotel also had a lovely pool and a small sauna steam room, providing a relaxing experience. it was a fabulous place to stay.

The location is perfect, close to transit and major sites. Rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Fine dining restaurant with a very good meal.

My stay at Kempinski was fantastic! I was in Munich for my birthday and the hotel manager surprised me with a cake and postcard. Such a thoughtful gesture! The rooms were clean and the location was great. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the wifi was excellent. The rooms were elegant and well-lit, and the shower was exceptional with its colorful lighting and temperature control. The breakfast options were varied and delicious. The staff were accommodating and friendly, and the spa services were excellent and reasonably priced. Would definitely stay again!

This hotel has a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city. It is next door to all the main sights and close to everything you need. The refurbished rooms are well-designed with thoughtful amenities like electric outlets on both sides of the bed and excellent bathroom facilities. The staff is attentive and eager to provide excellent service, going above and beyond expectations. The breakfast is simply perfect, with a wide variety of options to choose from.

The hotel also offers amenities such as a Toto toilet with user controls and a sewing kit for guests.

It would be more convenient if there was a coffee machine or a water boiler in the room.

The wifi was great, and the rooms were elegant and very clean. We enjoyed the really good shower with colorful lighting and temperature control. The breakfast offered a variety of options, and the location of the hotel was perfect. The spa services were excellent and reasonably priced. We also loved the fact that the hotel offered connecting rooms, perfect for our group.

There were a couple of aspects that could have been better. the valet service was very poor, and we had a bad experience with our car keys being misplaced by the hotel.

Excellent breakfast buffet with a wide selection of dishes. Clean and well-maintained facilities. Centrally located and easily accessible by public transportation.

The hotel had a prime location, just a short walk away from popular attractions like the Hofbrauhaus and Marienplatz. We also loved the proximity to high-end stores on Maximillien Street. The staff was incredibly friendly and efficient, providing excellent service from the moment we arrived. The check-in process was flawless, and the hotel staff were helpful with our car and luggage. The decor and ambience of the hotel were impressive, creating a pleasant atmosphere throughout our stay. The breakfast served at the hotel was delicious and exceeded our expectations.

We felt like family during our stay, and we have no complaints whatsoever.
